Design Notes

The TDH3 promoter is used to drive the expression of the TPST1 and TPST2 (Tyrosylprotein sulfotransferase 1 and 2), an enzyme necessary for the relative post-translational modifications of LHCGR receptor. The enzyme catalyzes the sulfation reaction of protein tyrosines.
